1. Introduction
At KK Medicos, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns, process refunds, and address any issues you may have with your order.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns and offer refunds under specific circumstances:
a. Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 1 hour of receiving your order.
b. Incorrect Products:
If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 1 hour of receiving your order.
c. Prescription Errors:
If there is an error with your prescription, please contact our customer service immediately.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Opened or used medications
- Perishable items
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount
- Items without a valid proof of purchase
- Personal care items (e.g., thermometers, hygiene products) once opened
4. Process for Returns and Refunds

b. Return Authorization:
Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
c. Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s), unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
d. Inspection and Approval:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
e. Refund Processing:
If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 business days for the refund.
5. Exceptions
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
